Program 01

Adult Education

Our adult education program offers welcoming, culturally grounded classrooms designed for Haitian  adults building new lives in Springfield. Classes focus on literacy, English language acquisition, and practical life skills — from navigating everyday paperwork to workplace communication. Instruction is offered with cultural and linguistic sensitivity, recognizing that language should never be a barrier to opportunity. Participants leave with stronger foundations for further education, employment, and community engagement.

Who It Helps

Program 02

CNA & Career Training

We provide Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and broader career-readiness pathways that prepare adults for stable, dignified employment in healthcare — one of the region’s most in-demand fields. This includes English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction to prepare students for the language demands of the CNA program, ensuring participants are fully equipped to succeed in coursework and clinical settings. Training combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical preparation, along with support around certification requirements, resume building, and job placement guidance. This program is designed to move participants from training directly into meaningful, well-paid careers.

Who It Helps
Adults seeking practical skills and stable employment through CNA training and career-readiness pathways.
